This is a 75-minute session exploring whatever it is that you’re needing support with along your healing and spiritual path. I offer a grounded, supportive, and open relational field free of unhelpful power dynamics. This session format is mostly *talking* versus energy work, or breathwork sessions, but it is dynamic. I work with subtle energy, breath, somatics, hypnosis, meditation Parts Work, and other tools in these sessions, as needed.

Somatic Breathwork™ is an embodiment experience that takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body’s electrical network and feeling body. It allows you the rare opportunity to release stagnant energy and emotions within the body and allowing for natural expression and discharge.
Samara offers a unique approach, tailored to women and Divine Feminine Embodiment. Her gentler method emphasizes allowing, receiving, and authentic expression, focusing on clearing and alchemizing stagnation in the chakra system and central channel, with special attention to the root, sacral, heart, and throat chakras. This nurturing practice invites you to deeply connect with your body-mind and Soul, unwind stored energy and emotions (like anger, wrath, grief, joy, and pleasure), and liberate the authentic Self.

This can be a collaborative session where we are connected and I am narrating as we go OR a completely silent healing + simply receiving.
